Hello! I am Phil, thanks for stopping by! A little about me: I am a pre-licensed family therapist, a certified holistic nutritionist and wellness coach, as well as a certified hypnotherapist. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients and I do that from a systemic perspective. This means that I believe the systems we belong to (family, community, culture, etc) all play a major role in who we are and how we perceive the problems in our lives. It also tells us the best way to work on them. I believe each person is unique and therefore, there is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” approach.
